Bravo Six

ZANESVILLE, Ohio – Guernsey and Muskingum County veterans and first responders can have an easier time affording holiday meal, thanks to the “Give Thanks” Holiday Meal Program by the Bravo Six Foundation.

The Cambridge-based nonprofit says that veterans and first responders will receive a $50 restricted Walmart gift card to purchase holiday meal essentials like turkey, ham and other holiday meal staples.

Applications open on Nov. 1 at BravoSixFoundation.org/GiveThanks. Veterans and first responders will need proof of service such as a veteran ID card, DD214 or employment verification for first responders.

Bravo Six Foundation said in a press release that they currently have enough funding for 100 approved applicants. Additional contributions will allow the nonprofit to assist more veterans and first responders. You can make a donation to the program through BravoSixFoundation.org/GiveThanksDonation.

The Bravo Six Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit dedication to supporting veterans and first responders. Their stated mission is to ensure that every service member has the tools, resources, and support they need to move forward with confidence.
