Pet Valu host annual dog photos with Santa holiday fundraiser

ZANESVILLE, OHIO-  What better way to get in the holiday spirit than dressing your pet up for a photo with Santa?

 Saturday, Pet Valu and The Muskingum County Adoption Center came together for their second annual pictures with pets fundraiser.

“We’re here from 10 to 4 today doing pictures with your pets. if you don’t have a pet, you can bring in your kid to Pet Valu at the Country Fair Shopping Center,” said Santa.

Many pet owners were very excited about getting their furry friends photo with Santa just in time for the holiday season.

“This is our first year here. we like to come here and buster likes to get his picture taken, so we figure why not with Santa,” said pet owner, Kenny Kamieniecki.

“His grandparents love a Christmas picture of him so why not with Santa,” said pet owner, Sheena Leclerc.

The event showcased t-shirts and hoodies for sale that helped raise funds for the Griffin Williams memorial fund. Photographs were taken by Brooks Productions.
