Delmas Lee Jones
Delmas Lee Jones, 73 of Zanesville died at 9:16 PM Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at the Genesis Health Care following a sudden illness.
He was born December 29, 1943 in Zanesville, Ohio the son of the late Weldon L. Jones and Virginia E. (Clark) Jones Miller.
Delmas was a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church and the Owner & Operator of Jones Garage on Adamsville Rd. for 54 years.
He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Loretta Kay (Quinn) Jones whom he married Feb. 14th , 1967; a son, Brent (Karen) Jones and a daughter, Missy (Brett) Nelson both of Zanesville; 4 grandchildren, Kayla & Shiloh Jones, Austin & Wyatt Nelson; a sister Carol Hunt and a brother Dave (Garnett) Jones.
Friends may call 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM Sunday December 17th and with funeral service being held at 11:00 AM on Monday December 18th at the Bryan & Hardwick Funeral Home with Pastor Linda Morrow and Pastor Gordon Ferguson officiating. Burial will conclude at the St. Paul Lutheran Cemetery.
