Colony Square Mall offers extended hours for shoppers

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Christmas is right around the corner and Colony Square Mall is offering extended hours for those last minute shoppers.

There are just six shopping days left until Christmas and many people are flocking to the mall to knock out their shopping. Kevin Pinson, the Special Leasing and Marketing Representative, said Colony Square is now offering extended hours to accommodate patrons.

“We do have extended hours through the remainder of the season. They change on a daily basis so you’ll want to check those out on colonysquaremall.com. Christmas Eve we do close early to give employees a chance to get home and spend time with their family.”

Kevin says shopping can be more hectic closer to Christmas and you shouldn’t come out if you don’t like waiting. He also says waiting until the last minute isn’t always a bad thing. Last minute shoppers sometimes find good deals.

“It gets a little crazier this time of year. So be patient and come early. You’ll need more time to get through the lines and everything, but it’s also a great time for sales and promotions. There’s deeper discounts as we get closer. So if you’re patient and one of those last minute shoppers you will see the rewards from that.”
