Helen Louise Mummey

MCCONNELSVILLE
Helen Louise Mummey, 73 passed away December 18, 2017. She was born December 17, 1944 in White Cottage, Ohio to the late Frank and Lafern Samson Edington. Helen was employed as a home health care assistant and volunteered at Highland Oaks in McConnelsville.

She is survived by four sons: Michael Halley, Keith Halley, John Halley and Douglas Halley; a daughter Angela Torbert; three sisters: Vonnie Dunaway, Lynn Edington and Nita Norris; 16 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; and many others who called her grandma.

In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a brother Frank; and two sisters: Jenny (Bob) and Pauline.

Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, December 23, 2017, from 1 to 5PM at the Morgan Baptist Church, 4512 State Route 376 NW, McConnelsville, OH 43701. THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. has the distinct honor of serving the family.
