Internationally known speaker to speak at the Fieldhouse

ZANESVILLE, Ohio- Zane State College, Century National Bank, and The Fieldhouse Foundation will be hosting an internationally known motivational speaker.
On January 11th, from 7 to 8 am at the Century National Bank Family Center at the Fieldhouse, Bruce Boguski will speak about the challenges he overcame. At 18 years of age, he was in a car crash that broke his neck and was told he would never walk again. Fieldhouse owner Mick Amicone said Boguski was able to regain full use of his body through prayer and dedication to Joshua 1:9.
“Through scripture, especially Joshua 1:9 ‘be strong and courageous’ he persevered to regain his health. Dedicated his life to the Lord. Telling people everywhere about the miracle in his life,” said Amicone.
Boguski will also introduce two Fellowship of Christian Athletes coordinators that students can talk to, Aaron Bates and Abby Lutz. They will be available for students to talk about pressures in their life.
“Kid goes to a football game and he feels pressure after the game to go out and party with his buddies. He doesn’t want to be there so Joshua 1:9. We want him to be strong and courageous. We want him to say no. But he doesn’t have that opportunity until he talks to somebody that may have been through that or could help him through that,” said Amicone.
The event is free and breakfast will be provided. For more information, you can contact the Fieldhouse.
