Hearth Home and Away approaching quickly
The Colony Square Mall will host the 18th annual Hearth, Home, and Away show February 9, 10 and 11.
The event serves as an opportunity for contractors to connect with homeowners looking to remodel their houses or renovate their landscapes.
Colony Square Mall Marketing Representative Kevin Pinson expects more than 20 exhibitors to attend this year’s event and showcase their displays throughout the walkways of the mall.
“If you need a new patio or new landscaping, you want to put a new deck on the house or you’re just thinking about replacing the old furnace, there will be somebody here that you can talk to about it,” Pinson said. “You can come out and see, in three dimensions, what you’re looking ‘to do’, you can come out and put your hands on it, you can talk to the builders, take some business cards and brochures with you, and really move forward with your plans. It’s a great way to get some ideas.”
The Hearth, Home, and Away show not only benefits homeowners, but assists local contractors with projects and exposure, as well. Pinson noted that some of the exhibitors have lined-up enough work, during the event, to last them through the year.
