Muskingum County Now Code Green

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz has announced that a Code Green Snow Emrergency is now in effect.  It means roadway conditions are under advisory and motorist must use caution.  The move from the more severe Code Yellow happened at 1:45 pm Tuesday.
