Coshocton Co. authorities searching for wanted man

UPDATE: The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office reports that William Hartman is now in custody. Authorities said he was seen walking on SR 541 in Guernsey County and was taken into custody without incident Friday morning.
COSHOCTON, Ohio– The Coshocton County Sheriff’s Office is searching for a dangerous, wanted man.
According to a release from the sheriff’s office, 42-year-old William L. Hartman from the Coshocton area fled on foot into a large wooded area Thursday after a pursuit that began in Guernsey County. The incident took place at approximately 2:31 p.m. in Linton Township on TR 110.
Multiple agencies attempted to locate Hartman, who they are referring to as a dangerous felon. He is wanted on several felony warrants including weapons charges and aggravated drug trafficking.
41-year-old Stacie L. Bradford of the Cambridge area was taken into custody at the scene for a felony warrant.
Anyone with any information on Hartman’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office. Authorities are warning residents to not approach or have contact with him.
Assisting with the incident were the U.S. Marshal Service, Ohio State Highway Patrol, the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and the Guernsey County Sheriff’s Office.
