Muskingum County Most Wanted Suspect

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office is asking for your help in finding this week’s most wanted suspect.

48-year-old Joyce Ann Winkle is wanted for theft from elderly.

She’s 5’5" tall and weighs 250 pounds. She has blond hair and blue eyes.

Winkle’s last known address was 4650 Old Wheeling Road in Zanesville.

Anyone with information on Winkle’s whereabouts is being asked to the call the Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office at 452-3637.
