Maysville Lady Panthers advance to district title game

CAMBRIDGE, Ohio – Last season the Maysville Lady Panthers’ season came to an end in the district semi-finals. This year that wasn’t the case.

At Cambridge High School, Maysville jumped on top of fifth seeded Dover early and never looked back on their way to a 56-39 victory.

Sophomore Alexis Sampson had a big night for Maysville scoring 16 points.

Maysville moves on the district title game to play Cambridge. That game will be Saturday at Muskingum University at 2 p.m.
