Leslie Diana Williams, 68, of Zanesville, passed away at 9:00 p.m. Sun. March 25, 2018 at Genesis Hospice – Morrison House. She was born on April 21, 1949 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Albert and Bernice Shaw. She was a former employee of Lear Corporation.

She is survived by her husband Laurence Williams. One son Laurence (Joy) Williams II. One brother Glenn (Sue) Shaw. Three sisters Lillian “Mae” Moore, Gloria Hopstetter, and Carol (Warren) Gibson. Several nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by three brothers Charles “Chuck” Shaw, William “Bill” Shaw, and Thomas “Tom” Shaw. Two sisters Clara Lowman and Dorothy “Dot” Murphy.

A memorial gathering will be held from 6-8 p.m. Thur. March 29, 2018 at WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME 5765 Gladstone Drive White Cottage. Private graveside services will be held at Fultonham Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Genesis Hospice and Palliative Care or the American Cancer Society.
