My Bologna Has A First Name…
It get’s looks where ever it goes and causes people to break out into song and its right here in Zanesville.
“Oh I wish I were an Oscar Mayer Wiener. That is what I truly like to be, because if I were an Oscar Mayer wiener, everyone would be in love with me!”
The Oscar Mayer Wienermobile is at the Riesbeck’s Pick N’ Save in Zanesville giving kids and adults alike the chance to show off their best dressed dog. “Everyone can come out and top our giant hot dogs with their favorite toppings and we’ll take a free picture of them in front of the Wienermobile. We also have a contest going on where you can enter in to win to have the chance to have the actual Wienermobile show up at your house for a Labor Day cookout, which you can also do at our events or on our website, Hotdoggerblog.com. We do this for a full year, we travel and go from city to city from state to state, spreading miles of smiles as we like to say.” Says Oscar Mayer Hotdogger, Victoria Oleson
Whether its mustard or ketchup that tops your dog, one thing is for sure- everyone loves those whistles! “We do have the little whistles, we are always fully stocked. We have little wiener whistles, usually we’ll give them out whenever you see the Wienermobile, but sometimes we have special locations where if you sing the jingle you’re more than welcome to get a whistle. Its actually more so the adults that want to sing it, “I’ll sing the jingle just for a wiener whistle!” So a lot of the time more of the adults are willing to come up and sing the songs for us which is awesome, we love that too!” Says Oleson.
The Wienermobile will be at the Pick N’ Save until 7pm tonight (Monday) if you want your chance for that picture. And any kid, even the kid at heart can sing the famous jingle for the famous whistle.
