3-Car Accident on Linden Avenue
Three cars are damaged after an accident on Linden Avenue in Zaneville.
It happened around 2:15 p.m. near The Barn.
Zanesville Police Sergeant Chris Phipps says 22-year-old Nathan Maurer ran into the back of a 17-year-old female’s vehicle. He says the impact then pushed her into 72-year-old Shirley William’s car.
No one was injured in the crash, but Maurer was cited with assured cleared distance.
The accident did keep traffic down to one lane for about an hour as crews worked to clear the scene.
