Military Rd. Accident Sends 2 to Hospital

Two people are sent to the hospital this morning after a one car accident.

It happened along Military Road near Knob Hill around 10:15 a.m.

Falls Township Fire Chief J. D. Johnson says the car went off the right side of the road and struck an embankment before coming to a rest.

Johnson says damage to the entire car was moderate.

“It has a couple flat tires and severe front end damage, ” says Johnson.

Falls Township Fire Department was the first responder on the scene, followed by the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Johnson says when he arrived, he found two people near the car.

“One victim was still sitting in the car. Another victim was out of the car. They were both conscious and alert and were able to explain to us what happened, ” says Johnson.

Johnson says the male and female were transported to Good Samaritan hospital for evaluation, with minor injuries.
