OU-Z Students Back in Session
It’s the start of a new academic year at Ohio University-Zanesville.
Assistant Music Professor Charles Savage says it’s bringing the campus back to life.
“It’s exciting. I’m enjoying teaching my classes. I’m looking forward to a new year, new quarter, ” says Savage.
“It’s nice to get back into a routine. I enjoyed my summer, wish it were a little bit longer, but it’s nice to be back and just have fun, ” says 20-year-old Josie Stine.
Stine is a nursing student.
“We’re not really having nursing classes this quarter. So, that’s really interesting, doing something different. We’re doing English, some Statistics, and stuff, ” says Stine.
OU-Z students get to see a newly remodeled section to the upper floor of Elson Hall this year. Savage also says the campus is welcoming some new faculty members.
