Accident Closes Portion of US 36 for 90 Minutes

The Zanesville Post of the Ohio State Highway Patrol says it’s investigating a one vehicle accident that had a portion of US 36 in Coshocton County closed for about 90 minutes.

It happened around 1:30 p.m.

The Zanesville Post says a commercial truck, hauling fiber material fabric, went off the right side of the road and into a cornfield.

The driver wasn’t injured in the accident, but it caused the westbound lane of US 36 to close for about an hour and a half.
