Muskingum County Election Results

It was a great day for levies in Muskingum County for some local organizations. The John Mcintire Library System got a big win at the polls on Tuesday by easliy passing its current expenses levy by over 5000 votes. It was also a good day for the Rambo Memorial Health Center which had a very easy day at the polls passing its levy by a wide margin. In the race for Zanesville City Council At-Large the winners are incumbents Jeff Tilton and Ted Zakany – both democrats and repupblican Andwer Roberts. The other Council winners were Mark Baker in the first…Grant Hutcheson in the second…Connie Norman in the third..and Sandy Gentry in the fourth ward. Other races or local interest…it was another loss for West Muskingum Schools..but a win for the Franklin local school distirct.  Click on the Election 2009 button in the right corner of this webpage for all area election results.
