Most Wanted Pleads Guilty

A former Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office most wanted suspect pled guilty in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday.

48-year-old Joyce Ann Winkle pled guilty to two counts of theft under $500 from an elderly victim.

Winkle was festured as a most wanted suspect in February and turned herself in later that day.

Judge Mark Fleegle continued her bond at $10,000 and ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
