Studying Climate Change

Two universities in the Buckeye State are receiving 500 thousand dollars from the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act to evaluate climate change. Ohio State University and Ohio University will be working together on this issue and discovering how these changes are impacting cities, business, and people.

The focus of this study is to keep track of greenhouse gas emissions over the course of the year. Once the data are collected, both will send results to state leaders specifying the pro’s and con’s along with possible improvements.
