2 Injured in OH 16 Accident

Two Reynoldsburg women are taken to the hospital with minor injuries following a two car crash this afternoon. It happened along State Route 16 near State Route 146 shortly before 3 p.m.

Granville Post Trooper Michael Wilson says Delores Carson and her passenger, Juanita Godfree, were traveling east when they were struck in the rear by Subbarayudu Koppera of New Albany.

Both cars sustained major damage. Carson and Godfree were transported to Licking Memorial Hospital and released.

Wilson says Koppera was cited for assured cleared distance.
