Zanesville Man Pleads Guilty To Fatal Shooting
A Zanesville man pleads guilty in connection to a fatal shooting last April.
24-year-old James Tyrone McCrae appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Monday where he pled guilty to one count of involuntary manslaughter with a gun specification and one count of having a weapon under disability.
McCrae was arrested in August for the shooting death of 32-year-old Shane Goins.
The shooting took place on April 4, 2009 at the intersection of Prospect Avenue and Oak Street.
Judge Kelly Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
