Three Robbers Sentenced in Court
Three men who robbed the WesBanco Bank in Cambridge last December were sentenced Wednesday for their crimes in Guernsey County Common Pleas Court.
21-year-old Terrence White Jr. was sentenced by Judge David Ellwood to a total of 13 years in prison. Ellwood sentenced him to eight years for aggravated robbery, three years for a firearm specification and two years for having a weapon under disability.
20-year-old Rashawn Buggs was sentenced to 11 years, eight years for aggravated robbery and three years for a firearm specification.
Ellwood says 20-year-old Maurice Zigler did not have a gun in a robbery and was sentenced to nine years for aggravated robbery.
The three men robbed the WesBanco Bank on Wheeling Avenue December 11th with an AK-47. The men were later pulled over by state troopers on Interstate 70 westbound near Zanesville.
