No Mechanical Reason For Fatal School Bus Accident
The Highway Patrol investigation in the cause of a fatal school bus accident in Muskingum County is continuing. Today Zanesville Post Commander Lt. Steven Rine told Whiz News there were no mechanical problems that caused the accident. Lt. Rine says the Patrol reconstruction team did a full bus inspection and determined there was no mechanical reason for the crash that killed six-year-old Kasey King of Frazeysburg. Lt. Rine says a digital video tape of the accident is also being analyzed by investigators. The school bus, driven by Carol Oler, crashed Wednesday morning on State Route 60 on the way to Nashport Elementary.
