Shirley Temple Hackler

Shirley Temple Hackler, 78, of Zanesville, died at 6:38 P.M. on Tuesday, October 23, 2018, at Altercare Newark North, Newark. She was born April 28, 1940, in Welch, WV, a daughter of the late Fred H. and Elsie Violet Greene. She was a Hostess at McDonalds on the West Pike for twenty years and a member of Zanesville Seventh-day Adventist Church.

She is survived by three children, Karen Obetz of Gahanna, Ralph (Marsha) Hackler, Jr. of Galion, and Martha Hackler of Zanesville; a granddaughter, Danielle Hackler of Galion; a great-granddaughter, Nora Hackler of Galion; and a brother, Edgar Green of Welch, WV.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Ralph Gordon Hackler, Sr. who died May 9, 1972 and a sister, Ruby Greene.

Friends and family may call from 11:00 until time of service at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, October 26, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with Mr. Clifford L. Mason as Celebrant. She will be laid to rest at Woodlawn Cemetery, Zanesville.
