Z-ville Man Sentenced For Sexual Imposition

A Zanesville man is going to spend the next 18 months in prison on a sex charge. 35-year-old Jay Shatto was sentenced Wednesday in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on a charge of gross sexual imposition. Court records indicate that the crime took place between April 1st and June 30th of 2008. Judge Mark Fleegle also classified Shatto as a Tier 1 sexual offender.
