Duncan Falls Man Pleads Guilty
A man who allegedly stabbed his wife last month appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court on Monday.
50-year-old Timothy Erwin Sr. of Duncan Falls plead guilty to felonious assault and domestic violence.
The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office says he stabbed his wife, 49-year-old Joann, twice at their home on October 24th of 2010. She was treated and released from the hospital. Judge Kelly Cottrill ordered a pre-sentence investigation.
