Oler Change Of Plea Hearing Set

A former Tri-Valley School bus driver charged in a fatal accident last June is scheduled for a change of plea hearing. Whiz News has learned that 47-year-old Carol Oler of Dresden is to appear on February 18th at 10:00 am in Muskingum County Court. Oler has pleaded not guilt to misdemeanor counts of vehicular homicide, vehicular manslaughter and failure to control in connection with the June 2nd 2010 accident on State Route 60 North that killed Kasey King. The crash also injured two other students and Oler.
