Curb Appeal Leads to Cash

Coverage of the 10th annual Hearth and Home Show continues.  Saturday, we take a look at how vendors at the event give home owners ideas on how to increase your home’s value.

It can be as simple as landscaping. Adding landscaping to your home not only adds curb appeal but, can also add a few extra bucks to your pocketbook.

"Everyone is looking for curb appeal and making their home look better for themselves or for resale value," said Jerry Miller, Twin Hills Landscaping.

Both landscaping companies, we spoke with, say their fountains and ponds are the best part of their yards . They create a nice space to enjoy during the warmer months.

"It is something to sit by. Look at the fish in the pond and it relaxes you, " said Lones Stone owner Mike Lones.
