1000 AEP Customers Lose Service

American Electric Power says there were 1000 of its customers in Muskingum County without service for part of Thursday. A-E-P says around 12:00 pm a tree branch came in contact with a power line on the Maysville Pike knocking out service. Power crews were able to restore service around 1:30 pm.
