Most Wanted Suspect in Custody

The Muskingum County Sheriff’s Office issued its weekly most wanted suspect Wednesday morning and just hours later they say he turned himself into authorities.
 

20-year-old Dylan J. Marshall was wanted for cultivation of marijuana, two counts of possession of drugs and possession of criminal tools.
 

The Sheriff’s office had been looking for Marshall since last week.
 

Marshall appeared in Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Wednesday where he plead not guilty to the charges.
