Z-ville Man Facing 20 Sex Charges

A Zanesville man appears in court Wednesday facing multiple sex related charges. 48-year-old David Dicks appeared before Muskingum County Common Pleas Court Judge Mark Fleegle and plead not guilty to 20 counts of gross sexual imposition. The Muskingum County Prosecutor’s Office says Dicks is accused  in connection with incidents involving an 8 year-old female between March of 2003 and March of 2004. Judge Fleegle continued the defendants bond at $100,000 cash.
