Big Water Project Planned

The City of Zanesville Water Department is replacing water main valves on Maple Avenue from Van Horn to Bell Street starting next week.

From May 30-June 3 construction work can be expected in the evening hours. This will cause delays and different traffic patterns from 10:30p.m.-7a.m.

There will be water outages during this time, but water is expected to be restored to normal by 7 each morning.

You may also experience discolored water during work hours.

The roads affected include:

Maple Avenue from Van Horn to Bell Street

McConnell Avenue from Euclid to Maple Avenue

the Northside of St. Louis from Marion Avenue to Maple Avenue

the Southside of Brown Street from Marion Avenue to Maple Avenue

Dresden Road from Maple Avenue to Glendale Avenue

Somers Street from Myrtle Avenue to Maple Avenue

Brookover Avenue from Dresden Road to Maple Avenue

Cambridge Avenue from Dresden Road to Maple Avenue

Wasbash Avenue from Bell Street to Maple Avenue
