Reward Offered For Missing Mom/Son

A reward is now being offered for information concerning a missing Newark woman and her son. Licking County Crime Stoppers is offering one-thousand dollars for details on the whereabouts of 24-year-old Sara Apple and her 4-year-old son Max. Police say the two were last seen Thursday June 9th. They are thought to be in a 2004 white Saturn Ion with Ohio license plate FCQ 5079. Sara is described as a five-foot tall white woman weighing 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. Max is about 3 feet tall with brown hair and brown eyes. Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-888 488-9058. Yesterday Newark Police announced they determined that the two left Newark voluntarily and possible charges could be filed in connection with some missing money from Sara Apple’s bank job.
