Missing Newark Mom/Son Safe

A missing Newark woman and her 4-year-old son have turned up safe in Maine, more than a week after they disappeared. Her estranged husband says 24-year-old Sara Apple and son Max were found Sunday in the Bar Harbor area. Car trouble forced Appled to call police for help.   They were expected to fly back into Columbus Monday afternoon. Sara Apple had picked up the boy from day care on June 9th but did not return home in Newark. Her husband says that he and his wife had discussed separation and that she was treated for depression. Newark Police says last week that they believed the woman had gone off voluntarily.
