Zanesville Business Gets “F” From BBB

The Better Business Bureau is giving a Zanesville Business an “F” grade. The Central Ohio B-B-B says Just Primitive LLC – a family owned on-line rustic furniture builder at a residential address on Dresden Road – got the grade due to 12 unanswered and unresolved complaints. Consumers in eleven states have asked for assistance from the B-B-B with a variety of complaints against the company including, delivery delays, non-delivery of products, incorrect shipping charges and order fulfillment errors. Better Business Bureau Spokesperson Joan Coughlin Konrad says her organization has been monitoring the company for some time and attempting to work with them to help them understand the importance of building good relations. Konrad says the company has continued to ignore it customers and the B-B-B’s requests to resolve consumer disputes. Whiz News called Just Primitive for comment on the BBB grade and left a message but we have been told by a family member that the owners are out of town at a wedding and won’t be home until this weekend.
