A Story of Survival

A mother is sharing her daughter’s story of survival in her new book.

Hannah Moody was diagnosed with a rare form of cancer at age 3.  Her mother Connie Ulman said she wrote "The Hannah Moody Story" to thank the community for supporting her family.

"I really believe that God wanted me to write the book so that we can help others, because cancer is a terrible thing to go through," said Ulman.

Hannah is healthy now – she has been in remission for 7 years.  Hannah designed the cover of the book, and she’s already working on her next project.

"We’re going to do Locks of Love," said Hannah.  "We’re going to cut our hair after we grow it really long, and they’re going to make it into wigs.  We’re going to give them to the kids that have no hair."
