Adamsville Man Dead in ATV Accident

An Adamsville man is dead after a 3-wheeler accident Friday evening in Muskingum County.

The Zanesville Post of the State Highway Patrol says around 8:30 p.m., 41-year-old David Workman of Adamsville was driving north on County Road 4 in Madison Township when he lost control of his 3-wheeler, which rolled over and pinned him underneath the ATV.

Workman was pronounced dead at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital as a result of his injuries.

Troopers say Workman was not wearing a helmet and alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash which remains under investigation by the Highway Patrol.
