Lloyd C. Jordan III, 88, of Meadowood Drive, Zanesville, passed away Sunday, March 4, 2012 at Cedar Hill Care Center, Zanesville.

Lloyd was born March 31, 1923 in Kenosha, WI, the son of the late Lloyd C. and Minnie (Chappell) Jordan. He retired in 1985 from Sears where he worked as a department manager. He served his country during WWII in the US Army/Air Force.

Lloyd is survived by his son Lloyd S. Jordan of Zanesville; his step children Melanie VonGunten, Christopher Bunting and Shawn Noll all of Zanesville and Roma Howes of PA; his grandchildren Charity (Joel) Wahl and Heather (Michael) Newman both of Duncan Falls, Brandon Jordan and Lauren Jordan both of Zanesville and Hannah and Hunter Jordan both of Zanesville; his step grandchildren Amanda Hayes, Jillian VonGunten, Sarah and Megan Bunting, Shawn Noll and Scott Bunting and several great-grandchildren.

Visitations will be 10 to 11 am Wednesday, March 7th 2012 at the Farus Funeral Home of Duncan Falls, where funeral services will be 11am. He will be laid to rest in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
