Bernice J. Jarrett, 80, of Philo, passed away at 8:12 pm Thursday, June 7th, 2012 at Willow Haven Care Center, Zanesville.

Bernice was born April 27, 1932 in Hendrysburg, OH, the daughter of the late Harold and Lillan (Cumberdige) Haught. She previously worked for RCA, Essix Wire and for Heart and Home.

Bernice is survived by her daughter Pam Wheeler of Duncan Falls; 2 sons Michael Jarrett and Dee Thesien of White Cottage and Rocky (Darlene) Jarrett of Duncan Falls; a sister Shirley (Harold) Sharrock of New Concord; 2 brothers Glenn (Pat) Haught of Zanesville and Fred (Patty) Haught of Wilmington, OH; 7 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Bernice is preceded in death by her husband Robert Jarrett who passed away October 1998, a daughter Debbie Jarrett who passed away in 1975 and 2 sisters Marge Kirkbride and Linda Arbuckle.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8pm Saturday June 9th 2012, at the Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 1 pm Sunday with Rev. Jennifer Johnston-Baker officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Rose Hill Cemetery.
