Jared David Helsel (October 12, 2000 – November 10, 2013)

ZANESVILLE
Jared David Helsel, age 13, passed away November 10, 2013 at his residence. Jared was born October 12, 2000 in Zanesville, OH, of son Niki (Bruce Thompson) Helsel and Jared (Amy) Helsel. Jared was a 7th grader at Maysville Middle School where he was a proud member of the Archery Team, played football for the East Tigers and baseball for the Y-City Baseball League. Jared was a member of the Morgan County Coon Hunters Club and Morgan County 4-H Club. He is also survived by grandparents, Andrea Kinder and Dan (Ina) Helsel; two sisters Kirklend Helsel and Rosemary Thompson; two brothers, Bruce and Jeremiah Thompson; and several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and Friends. Visitation will be held from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 13, 2013 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held following visitation Wednesday at 8:00 p.m. with Pastor Marc Caton officiating. Memorial Contributions may be made to the family.
