Barbara A. Harris (July 6, 1939 – January 25, 2015)

Barbara A. Harris, 75, of Zanesville, passed away Sunday, January 25, 2015 at her residence. She was born July 6, 1939 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Joseph and Mary Geigley Ryan. She was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary. She also enjoyed playing cards and was involved in several area card clubs.
Barbara is survived by her husband Ernest (Gene) Harris; two sons Steven Harris and wife Maureen of Broadview Heights, OH and Michael Harris and wife Christine of Forest, VA; Son-In-Law H.E. Robinson of Columbus, OH; two sisters Maureen Killeen and Patricia Hunt; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her daughter Kimberlee Robinson and one brother Joseph Ryan.
Calling hours will be held 5-7pm, Thursday, January 29, 2015 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE, OH. Funeral services will be held at 10am on Friday January 30, 2015, in the Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Jason Cole officiating. Burial will follow at St. Paul Cemetery in Perry Township. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to the East Forty Church of Christ at 7522 East Pike, Norwich, Ohio 43767.
