Charles Glenn Stoneburner (October 2, 1934 – May 16, 2015)

Charles Glenn Stoneburner, 80 of Zanesville, passed away peacefully at his home on Saturday May 16, 2015 with his children at his side. He was born October 2, 1934 in East Fultonham, a son of the late Levi and Josephine Presgrave Stonburner. He owned and operated the Westview Barber Shop in Zanesville for many years, served his country and protected our freedoms in the United States Navy during the Korean War, was a member of the VFW Post 1058, St Nicholas Catholic Church and attended Colburn United Methodist Church in later years.
He is survived by three children Deborah (Gary) Snack of Nashport, Becky (Mike) Feldner of Zanesville and Charles G. (Susan) Stoneburner of Kentucky; four brothers Levi (Dick), Larry and George Stoneburner and Kenny Presgrave; 11 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and one great-great grandson.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife Shirley A. Durant Stoneburner who passed away December 12, 2011; three brothers Curtis, Russell and David.
Calling hours will be held 2-4 and 6-8 on Friday May 22, 2015 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral services will be held at 11am Saturday May 23, 2015 in the Snouffer Chapel with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. Burial will follow in St. Paul Cemetery at a later date.
