Two Behind Bars After Weekend Stabbing

Two suspects are behind bars after a weekend stabbing in South Zanesville.

South Zanesville Police Chief Eric Finley says it happened at the South Town Cafe around 3:30 Saturday afternoon.

Finley says one person was stabbed in the arm by another after four people got into a bar fight. That person was treated at First Care for non-life threatening injuries.

Finley says two suspects are being held in the Muskingum County Jail.

The names of those involved won’t be released unitl formal charges are filed.
