Daniel Lee Garven (September 12, 1961 – January 13, 2012)

Daniel Lee Garven, 50, of Chandlersville, passed away on Friday January 13, 2012 in Somerset, Pennsylvania following a sudden illness.
Daniel was born on September 12, 1961 in Zanesville to Joel Garven of Texas and Phyllis Garven of Zanesville. Daniel was a Truck Driver and a friend to all who knew him. He served our country and protected our freedom by serving in the US Army.
In addition to his parents he is survived by two daughters: Shanta Schuesselin of Wooster and Danielle Garven of Zanesville, two sons: Anthony Romine of Zanesville and Jerome Rutledge of Texas. A sister: Joeletta Garven of Zanesville and Six Grandchildren.
Calling Hours will be 2-4 and 6-8pm on Tuesday January 17 at THE SNOUFFER FUNERAL HOME, 1150 WEST MILITARY ROAD, ZANESVILLE. Funeral Services will be held at 1pm on Wednesday in The Snouffer Chapel with Pastor Ruben Wallace officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery with full Military honors by George Selsam VFW Post 1058.
