Hilary H. Lind (April 10, 1917 – May 2, 2012)

Hilary H. Lind, 95, of Salt Creek Drive, Duncan Falls passed away 10:40 pm Wednesday, May 2, 2012 at Genesis Hospice.

Hilary was born April 10, 1917 in TN, the daughter of the late James S and Minnie (Hadley) Dillehay. She worked as a airplane Riveter during WWII, a waitress, a nurses aid in Hilliard and for the Montgomery Ward Company. She was a faithful member of the Duncan Falls Baptist Church.

Hilary is survived by three sons Garland Milliken of Columbus, Steve Lind of Albany and Shawn Lind of Grove City; one daughter Barbara Travis of Nashville; 11 grandchildren and several great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Hilary is preceded in death by her husband Herbert Lind who passed away Oct 30, 1999; her brothers Glen Dillehay and Aubrey Dillehay and her two sisters Mabel Stinnett and Bonnie Painter.

Funeral services will be 1 pm Monday, May 7, 2012 at the Duncan Falls Baptist Church, Duncan Falls with Pastor Gerry Wade officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in the Duncan Falls Cemetery.
