Larry D. Bickford, 68, of Chandlersville passed away at 4:50 am, Tuesday, June 26, 2012 at Genesis Hospice Morrison House.

Larry was born November 4, 1943 in St. Johns, MI, the son of the late Walter and Violet (Brewer) Bickford. He worked for the Salt Creek Township. He was a member of the American Legion and he served his country in the US Navy.

Larry is survived by his son Rusty; a daughter Linda; one grandson Bryer; his brother Ronald; his sisters Patty French, Frances Harvey and Ardis (Steve) Mohler; several nieces and nephews and his K-9 companion Lucky.

In addition to his parents, Larry is preceded in death by his brothers Donald, Gary and Arthur.

Visitations will be 11 to 1pm Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the Farus Funeral Home, Duncan Falls where funeral services will be 1 pm with Pastor Stephen Harrop officiating. He will be laid to rest in Chandlersville Cemetery with full military honors provided by George Selsam Post #1058.
