Nancy Rose Morris (January 4, 1930 – March 13, 2015)

Nancy Rose Morris, 85, of Cumberland, passed away at her residence on Friday, March 13, 2015.

Nancy was born January 4, 1930 in Glencoe, Ohio the daughter of the late Earl and Esther (Street) Bumgardner. She previously worked at the Cumberland Savings Bank until it closed, she retired in 1984 from Byesville PNC; she was a member of Harmony Christian Church and she attended Cumberland United Methodist Church.

Nancy is survived by her two sister Rachel Irene Grunau of Cleveland and Vida Cowgill of Cambridge; several nieces and nephews and many friends and neighbors.

In addition to her parents, Nancy is preceded in death by her husband Clyde Morris who passed away April 16, 1996; her two brothers Ewing Bumgardner and Clark Bumgardner and her two sisters Willa Bumgardner and Celia Maxine Brocklehurst.

Visitations will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 pm Monday, March 16, 2015 at the Farus Funeral Home of Cumberland, where funeral services will be held 11 am Tuesday, March 17 with Jim Garrett officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her husband in Warnock Cemetery, Belmont County.
