Elizabeth M. (Brauning) Still (September 15, 1922 – March 25, 2016)

ZANESVILLE
Elizabeth M. (Brauning) Still, 93 of Zanesville, passed away Friday March 25, 2016 at Genesis Hospital. Betty was born September 15, 1922 in Zanesville a daughter of the late Arthur and Lula Mae Sanders Brauning. She was retired from McGraw Edison as a secretary. She was a longtime active member of First Christian Church. She enjoyed reading, crossword puzzles, and the Silver Sneaker classes at Muskingum Recreation Center.
Above all Betty loved her family and is survived by three daughters Marcia Rock of Englewood, OH, Lynne (Alan) Leasure of Zanesville and Jayne (Steve) Strous of Pickerington, OH; two sisters Nancy (Charles) Coble and Janet (E.J.) Goodman; seven grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one great- great granddaughter; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Sam Still; first husband William Davy; three brothers Carl, Charles and William Brauning and one sister, Kathryn Johnson.
Calling hours will be held from 10 until time of services at 12 Noon on Monday March 28, 2016 at the First Christian Church, 3000 Dresden Road, Zanesville with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
