Missing Hopewell Man Found Safe

Muskingum County Sheriff Matt Lutz says a missing Hopewell man has been found. Last night 51-year-old Roger Osborn went missing around 6:00 p.m. The Sheriff says Osborn was found in the Ridge Avenue area and has been returned to his family. Sheriff Lutz says no charges will be filed in the case.
